DadLabs Talks to Chef-Dad Tyler Florence

The latest video from DadLabs is an interview with Food Network Chef Tyler Florence, who himself is a father of three. Tyler’s a big fan of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), and showing kids where their food comes from.

Tyler shares a good mid-week meal tip – a pulled pork sandwich with an easy spice rub. He also suggests grabbing a couple bags of sweet potato fries found in the freezer section of the grocery store – which is a little odd, since he is so into CSA and farmer’s markets.

Also, and I only say this because I love Tyler Florence – he needs a new web designer. I’ve been using his recipes for years, but his site is making my eyes bleed.

Check out DadLabs for the whole non-eye-bleeding interview with Tyler!
